Port - not just for Christmas!

Port - not just for Christmas!

A great way to boost sales during the peak Christmas season is by highlighting Port as a pudding wine, but why not also get your customers trying Port in new, innovative ways this Christmas! How, you ask?

Port still remains a perfect accompaniment to cheese and puddings, but it also has an untapped potential for use in Christmas cocktails. It has the ability to transform the simplest of recipes into festive favourites. Why not try a Christmas Port Punch or Port Spritz or even a Sandeman Sangria?

Take a look at our festive Christmas cocktail recipes below - click on the recipe title to easily download it.

Why not end your meal with an Adult-Affogato? The word affogato means “drowned” in Italian, it is a well-known dessert of ice cream drowned in hot espresso. Perk up the old classic by swapping your coffee for something a little more sinful, our Sandeman Tawny Port.

And of course, how can we forget the classic Port Tonic, perfect for every occasion!
